Professional Development for Early Childhood Education and Care services

$38.50

At Bright Behaviour Support Services, we offer high-quality, evidence-based professional development specifically designed for Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services. Our training empowers educators with practical tools, deeper understanding, and real-world strategies that can be implemented immediately in the classroom.

Whether your service is working to meet the National Quality Standard, strengthen your Kindy Uplift priorities, or support educator capability, our workshops provide meaningful, relevant, and lasting impact.

Caitlin has 17 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector, she brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership skill, and hands-on understanding to every professional development session she delivers. Her career has included roles as an educator, lead educator, director for nine years, area manager, and early childhood teacher, giving her a unique perspective across all levels of service operation, pedagogy, and team leadership.

This experience means this training is not just theoretical, it is grounded in the realities of daily practice, the challenges educators face, and the aspirations services hold for quality improvement. She understands the sector because she has lived it, led it, and supported teams through it.
