Sibling Therapy is a specialised form of therapeutic support designed to help brothers and sisters understand one another, communicate more effectively, and develop healthier, more connected relationships. Many siblings experience rivalry, competition, jealousy, or conflict—especially during times of change, stress, or emotional overwhelm. Sibling Therapy provides a safe, guided space for children to explore these dynamics with the support of a trained therapist.
At Bright Behaviour Support Services, we understand that sibling relationships are powerful. They shape a child’s sense of belonging, their social and emotional development, and the way they build relationships throughout life. Our approach is gentle, child-centred, and grounded in developmental science and trauma-informed practices.
A child centred play therapy approach with multiple siblings in one session (maximum 3 siblings per session and price is divided by all children participating in the session)
